Instructions and Tips for Booking a Reservation OnlineHow to make and Online Reservation:Here are some pointers to assist you when making your online reservations. They are generic in nature and will apply to most of the reservation services. Thank you for considering our service.1) In order to access the accommodation page for the area that you will be visiting, please select the region or state, then select the specific city. You may need to sort through a few different layers to get to the specific page for the city that you will be visiting. (ex. select country, select region or state and then select city) 2) Once you have found the hospitality listings for the city that you are planning to visit, you may find "Featured Listing" at the top or bottom of the page. These listings have been purchased directly through Driving Force Internet Group and provide site users with phone, fax and email information necessary to contact the hotel directly for reservations. If you select one of the featured or basic properties, you will need to contact the property directly in order to arrange for lodging. We will provide the contact information. 3) Listings that are under the heading "This Month's Featured Reservation Listings" or "Online Services Offering Specials" provide discounted, special negotiated and limited time special pricing. Often these services have limited availability - and when special rate inventory is consumed. Be sure to compare these rates with those offered by the other services to ensure you are getting the best deal. 4) In order to access our online reservation system please click directly on any of the reservation system links located to the right of the hotel name. The property name will also take you to our engine of preference - usually the first engine listed on the right. Each of the reservation system links will bring you to a different reservation affiliate partner. Availability and pricing may differ with each link - in some cases the differences can be substantial due to availability of special room rates which are often spread over many reservation systems. 5) If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, our reservation phone service can be accessed at 1-877-678-9330. This phone service supports properties for nearly all cities in North America and all major centers in the rest of the world. 6) Once your online reservation (or phone reservation) has been made you will receive an email confirmation message containing your booking details, confirmation number, direct contact information for the hotel and cancellation instructions. Please retain this email - it is the only document confirming your booking and you will need it to make changes or cancel your reservation. If you do not receive an email 24 hours after making the booking, please contact us. How to Modify a Reservation:We are proud to offer site visitors the ability to make online reservations through our affiliation with several reservation services. In order to modify a reservation made through our service you may consider any one of the methods described below:1) Return to our website to make a new reservation, making the necessary changes. Once you have received your new email confirmation, simply follow the instructions in your original confirmation to cancel your original booking online. Please make sure to review your original cancellation policy before following this procedure in order to avoid cancellation charges from your original booking. 2) Contact the customer-service personnel at the reservation service responsible for your booking, in order to have your reservation modified by telephone: (a list of reservation phone numbers can be found on our cancellation/modification pages or by emailing cust-serv@df-ig.com) 3) Another option is to contact the property directly to update your booking request. You should have their direct phone number on your reservation confirmation email.
